›› ACE-DHH 2009 Conference ~ Call For Papers

Reflect, Renew, Rejoice IN NEW ORLEANS, LA March 4-8, 2009
You are invited to submit a proposal for the 2009 ACE-DHH conference! The conference will feature 45-minute presentations and a ninety-minute poster session.

Deadlines: Presentation submission is October 15, 2008. Notification of acceptance will be sent via email by November 30, 2008. All presenters and co-presenters must register for the conference.

Late proposals will be accepted only if space is available and only through November 1, 2008. Proposals submitted after that time will be returned. Notification of acceptance for late proposals will be sent via email by December 15, 2008.

Proposals will be reviewed by the Program Committee in a blind review format.

Each room will be equipped with a presenter’s table, computer, projector, overhead projector and screen. There is wireless access in all presentation rooms.
